Part One: Listening to the Experts

Your first section of mindfulness training begins with listening to internationally-renowned mindfulness and self-compassion experts who help you overcome the often overwhelming demands on your time, health and sanity.

Each teacher will share unique insights, meditation practices and guidance to help you balance your busy life. 

From worrying and tantrums to managing stress and anxiety, you’ll learn how to prioritize and look after your own self-care. 

This will help you create stronger, more supportive relationships, and build a more wholehearted connection with your children. 

Part Two: Guided Mindfulness

The second part of your mindfulness training comes in the form of nine guided mindfulness exercises that help you soothe and restore, with practices ranging from “quick fixes” to longer, sustained meditations. 

This comprehensive training portion will allow you to achieve maximum rest and renewal; two things that are sorely needed as a busy mother.
